Who we are
Strivo Solutions ([REGISTERED ADDRESS — client to supply]) operates this website and is the data controller for the information described below. For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your data, email hello@strivosolution.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.
When you submit the contact form
- Your name, and your company name if you provide one
- Your email address
- The service you selected, if you selected one
- The message you wrote
- A one-way hashed version of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the page you arrived from
We hash your IP address rather than storing it. The hash lets us block automated abuse of the form, but cannot be reversed to recover the original address.
When you book a call
Bookings are handled by Cal.com. You provide your name, email, chosen time, and answers to the booking questions; we receive and store a copy of that booking so we have our own record of it. Cal.com also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to hold the call you booked, and to keep an accurate record of our own client enquiries. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about our services. We will not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site. They process data on our instructions only:
- Cal.com — Scheduling — stores your name, email, and booking answers.
- Resend — Email delivery — transmits enquiry notifications.
- Neon — Database hosting — stores enquiry and booking records.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are deleted after 24 months. Technical logs used for abuse prevention are kept for 90 days. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for any period our accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@strivosolution.com and we will action the request within 30 days. You can also object to our processing, or complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The Cal.com booking embed on our booking page may set cookies necessary for it to function.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date shown above.
